  • Developed an overarching learning and evaluation framework and plan for Sons and Brothers—a $50M initiative to ensure boys and men of color across California stay in school and are connected to health supports
  • Devised a Theory of Change outlining the Endowment's strategy to support the implementation of the Affordable Care Act across California
  • Evaluated the progress of a key project resulting in a +$1M renewal grant award to a national public health nonprofit
Blue Shield of California Foundation

  • Facilitated an internal working group on optimizing case management across the organization that resulted in a new case management and client engagement approach
  • Conducted an affordable housing policy and market assessment that entailed interviewing City and County of San Francisco policymakers and government leadership
Global Forum for MSM and HIV   
  • Researched and drafted a compendium of twelve technical bulletins on emerging HIV prevention strategies targeting men who have sex with men (MSM)
  • Led and facilitated global webinars on emerging HIV prevention strategies targeting MSM advocates and educators from around the world
  • Analyzed survey data to draft a paper on Chinese men who have sex with men (MSM) and HIV testing behavior, which was published in a peer-reviewed journal
Project for Education Research That Scales (PERTS) at Stanford University   
  • Advised on the development of a three-year strategy for the emerging organization, which outlined its plan for growth and specified its role in expanding and maturing the field of academic mindsets in education
